The Les Miserables food allergy parody that will knock your hypoallergenic socks off!

“One Grain More” is a musical parody of Les Miserables about the plight of finding allergen-free substitutes.

Since its release in July 2012, “One Grain More” has become a viral YouTube sensation. Hailed as “The funniest nutrition video ever made” and “…a must, must, must watch!”, the video has been featured internationally in thousands of newspapers, magazines and blogs, including The Huffington Post, The Village Voice, and Voice Council Magazine (for more, please see our press section.) In 2014, “One Grain More” won the “Best of Faux: Audience award” and “Best Short” in the Faux Film Festival.

“One Grain More” was conceived and written by musical theater composer Michael Bihovsky, and was directed by Michael Bihovsky and Lily Bayrock. It features performances by Michael Bihovsky (Jean Valjean), Lily Bayrock (Cosette), Michael J. DeFlorio (Marius), and Megan Ermilio (Epipen). Production staff consists of Dena C. Blumenthal (Cinematography/Editing), Bernie Langer (Lighting Direction/Photography/Pizza Delivery), Matthew Dorsch (Production Assistant) and Elizabeth Filante Sanders (Production Assistant).
